The final finishes are being installed despite some parts of the building still looking like a building site. So you have to look very closely at the photo to see the green carpet that's been chosen for the office area - it's mostly hidden by a protective sheet until the Contractor is ready to do their 'sparkle clean'.
And yes, that is really what they call it!
Drove past recently, the building looks great from the outside, can't wait to see the inside.
