Standing seam

One of the major architectural design features of the new building is the curved standing seam roof. Not only does this cover the roof in a conventional way, but it also wraps down the front of the building almost connecting the roof to the ground, cladding the dramatic curves at both ends of the structure.

While the mass of scaffolding on site obscures the view of some of this work the photo below shows that installation of the roof is well underway and judging by the rapid progress it won't be long before this is complete.
